Return Policy

We have a  14-day return policy from which the item(s) is shown delivered by carrier, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days exchanges and store credit only. After 14 days the items are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Items with perfume scents, make-up, animal hair, stains, deodorant marks your returns will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@foreigncouture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jewelry, Bodysuits & Sale items are final sale.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if items are not received in new condition.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned such as jewelry, bodysuits, & sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item via email at info@foreigncouture.com or contact us at +866-780-0383 Monday-Saturday 8AM-6PM.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, jewelry, and bodysuits.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to our customer service team to start an return within 14 days, and once the return is accepted received and examined, store credit will be issued for you to exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping label or it will be deducted from purchase total.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
